Michaelbrook Community Garden

This garden was constructed in 2011, with the help of Lincoln Ford Group, subscribed gardeners, friends and family.

There are 54 plots, most have wood surrounds with premium top soil including Glenmore Gro on top as a mulch.

A shed, tools and water access is provided. This garden is the site for our second artwork piece “The Lively Trio” by Ed Goodon, which was funded by the Central Okanagan Foundation. Students from the school l’Anse-au-sable designed and helped install the tiles at the base of the sculpture.

The garden is located behind the baseball diamond, next to Michaelbrook Golf Course. Take Lexington into the Mission Sportsfields, take 2nd road to the right, over the creek and the garden is on the right hand side.
