The Rowcliffe Community Garden was built in the spring of 2019 and is located on Rowcliffe Avenue in the park next to the Central Green development on Richter.  

The land was donated, and fence installed, by the City of Kelowna.  Funding was provided by the Flower Power Kelowna Garden Tour Association. The garden was designed and constructed by COCG project manager, Steven Lance. 

There are 35 plots, a shed and concrete base for wood chip deliveries.
